192046 192047 Jointing Diamond Premilling Cutter for HOLZ-HER Edgebander Edge Processing
These cutters are PCD (polycrystalline diamond) premilling cutters for HOLZ-HER edgebanding machines. They are twin diamond cutter heads, 70x48x30mm L Z=2+2 cutter and 70x48x30mm R Z=2+2, including left-hand and right-hand rotation, replacing Leitz 192046 left and 192047 right jointing milling cutter.
These PCD pre-milling cutters are widely used in edge processing machines, copy shaping machines, etc. They are applied to low noise jointing of workpiece edges with feed and against feed (jump-cutting).
The jointing milling cutters are suitable for many workpiece material milling, such as Particle and fiber materials (MDF etc.) uncoated, veneered, plastic and paper coated, fiber-reinforced plastics (glass fiber reinforced, carbon fiber reinforced plastic, etc.).
