These Pre-milling cutters are PCD (polycrystalline diamond) premill cutters for KDT edgebanding machines. They are twin diamond tool pre-mill heads, 125x30xH40 L 3 + 3 cutter and 125x30xH40 R 3 + 3 cutter, L & R rotation. They are high quality premilling for the perfect edge.
The blade is made of fine-grained PCD polycrystalline diamond, high hardness, wear-resistance, and long service life. The blade and the cutter body adopt the automatic high-frequency welding process, the welding effect is good, the surface is smooth.
Diamond PCD Premill Cutters are available in a variety of executions depending on edgebander manufacturer/model such as Biesse, SCM, Brandt, IMA, Homag, Holzher, KDT, Felder, NANXING, Chinese edgebanding machines, etc. Typical layout is Z2+2 and Z3+3, high shear, diamond insert Style, symmetrical or LH/RH.
